The questions everyone asks before applying.

Do I need sales experience?
No. The four cold-calling scripts in the Field Manual are tuned so anyone with a phone and basic conversation skills can run them. We train more first-timers than experienced reps — they don't have bad habits to unlearn.
What does "lifetime residual" actually mean?
It means you earn 35% of the monthly retainer for as long as the client is paying. A client you close in January 2027 still pays you in January 2029 if they're still on the plan. There are no clawbacks, no trail caps, no expiration. The only way the residual ends is if the client cancels — and your job as Account Director is largely to make sure they don't.
What if a client cancels?
That residual line ends. You also stop being their Account Director. We don't punish you with clawbacks for previously-paid commissions, but you want to fight to keep every client because each one is a permanent line of income. Reps with 95%+ retention earn a $500 quarterly retention bonus.
Is this a multi-level marketing scheme?
No. There is no downline. You don't recruit anyone. You don't pay to participate. You don't pay for leads. There is one revenue stream: 35% of the retainers you personally close, paid by the company to you. Nothing else.
How do I get paid?
Direct deposit on the 15th of every month, for all active clients attributed to you in the prior month. Statement shows: active client list, plan tier per client, your 35% commission per client, bonuses earned, retention rate, and the total payout. Plain and verifiable.
What if I don't close anyone the first month?
That's actually normal. The Field Manual sets the first-month target at 5 free site agreements, not 5 paid closes. Free site agreements convert to paid retainers in the 30-day follow-up call, so the residual ramp begins in month two. Most Account Directors are at $1,500+/month residual by month 6 and $3,000+ by month 12 if they hold the daily discipline.
Where can I work from?
Anywhere with a phone and reliable internet. Most Account Directors work from home. Some prefer a coworking space for the energy. The portal is your office. We have Directors in three countries and seven US states.
What's the catch?
Honestly, the catch is that you have to actually call people. The math works mechanically if you make 60 dials a day for 90 days. Most people who fail at this don't fail because the product is wrong or the pay is unfair — they fail because they stop dialing. If picking up the phone every day for three months sounds like more than you want to do, this isn't for you. If it sounds like the price of building permanent monthly income, welcome.
